Lithuania is the largest market for BCG where the company owns Autoplius.lt, Skelbiu.lt, Aruodas.lt, CVbankas.lt, Kainos.lt and Paslaugos.lt. Estonia is it’s second largest, with Auto24.ee, KV.ee, City24.ee, Osta.ee, KuldneBörs.ee and GetaPro.ee. In Latvia BCG owns City24.lv and GetaPro.lv.
As of 30 April 2026, BCG had 163 full-time equivalent employees and a leadership team with an average tenure at BCG of 12 years. BCG is organised as a matrix structure with central senior management in Lithuania. BCG has offices in Vilnius (Lithuania), Tallinn and Tartu (Estonia) and Riga (Latvia).
